HUR HUR HUR. Yeah well Megadeth Takes No Prisoners, even if it causes them to Sweat Bullets while they Set The World Afire. Well metallica has no remorse for those trapped under ice by the thing that should not be.
I have to admit, I have listened to metallica a lot more than megadeth, but I think I like Megadeth more because of Dave Mustaine. I like both bands though.
Megadeth. Hard decision, but I perfer Dave Mustanes guitar tone over Metallicas. Besides that small thing, their music also just sounds better to my ears.
i got both bands cds but metallica for sure (but im not into their later cds) they just have riffs that makes u wanna learn guitar and not many bands do

People need to stop basing their decision on which members of the band they hate. We get it Mustaine is kind of a douche and Lars is full of himself but hearing that over and over on any website gets annoying. I met Dave this summer at his book signing and although he was absolutely stoned out of his mind he seemed pretty cool. That being said while the first 3 Metallica albums are fantastic once Cliff Burton died you can tell there is a drastic change in the music. I love all Metallica cds...(even St.Anger) but as I grew up Megadeth just started to appeal to me much more. They are more aggressive, the solos are killer and how could you argue with Tornado Of Souls, Hangar 18, Wake Up Dead, or Holy Wars? Anyway its awesome to see so many metalheads and such a varied response.
