they have been brought to court about this kind of thing many times, that is y they had to divide power between people hence the fact that Bill Gates is not the sole owner any more. and i can believe Microsoft is that rich, they invest in a butt load of stuff and profit in almost every field
How does MS acquiring Yahoo make them a monopoly? And a monopoly of what? Yahoo's stock is in trouble (plus they are planning to lay off a bunch of people soon); MS buying Yahoo would be good for both companies.
