Military technology: What would you like to see in the hands of the average joe?

I personally want a vortex ring gun. Shock waves are frikin sweet.

I would like to fly a fighter jet to work and school.

Microwave gun would be amazing.

How about none? The gun nuts down here in florida already scare me with their regular stuff, the last thing they need is military grade.
