I forgot what show it was but they were talking about how more women dislike milk than men and someone said it is because they produce their own so why would they want to drink it.
I laughed because I didnt like milk either.
Lol. If I did like milk I'd drink it, as far as I'm aware it is pretty good for you. Maybe it's not as necessary when you're older but I don't think it can do any harm. Maybe this guy has been talking to the cows and they convinced him it was bad so they don't have to give it anymore  I dunno
So we should all change our tune because of an overlong article written by a supposed 'doctor' that makes a few references to peer-reviewed journal articles and then draws some nice broad conclusions from them? One that's located on an anti-milk website?

Yeah, okay. Everything can be turned into a scare tactic if you slant it enough, yet all of them avoid the root of any dietary problem - eat things in moderation. Unless you're guzzling four liters of milk every day it's unlikely it will have any measurable ill effects. Same with eating a bunch of steak at once, or chowing down on several heads of lettuce imported from China or improperly washed spinach from an organic farm. Should we avoid spinach because it might be contaminated with e-coli? Tofu products almost universally include genetically modified soybeans - guess we shouldn't become vegetarian.
If a person becomes that concerned with any one thing, they might as well not eat anything.

Yeh I'm fed up with all these health scares nowadays. First they're telling us to eat fruit then they're telling us it's bad for our teeth  I just eat what I want and hope for the best :)
And as for his sources, I definately think he's been talking to the cows ;)
[QUOTE="-Sluggo-"][QUOTE="megagene"][QUOTE="metallica_fan42"]I usually drink 2 or 3 glasses of milk a day. However, one of those is chocolate milk.Sajo7
They have chocolate milk now??? :o
Were you just born yesterday?
You might want to purchase a sarcasm meter, they run pretty cheap on ebay.
Can you provide me a link?
Milk is still necessary for you when you're older. If you don't have enough calcium in your body or in your bones to maintain homeostasis, then osteoclast will take the calcium out of your bones to where it can maintain homeostasis in your body, or if you're pregnant, it'll take the calcium out of your bones to give to the fetus. Osteoblast will replenish the calcium in your bones from your body to maintain homeostasis so your bones do not become brittle. Drinking milk or eating/drinking with something that has calcium will help you with maintaining homeostasis throughout your body.Lol. :) If you want to maintain homeostasis throughout your body that deals with calcium, you need to drink milk, eat cheese, ice cream, etc. But, maybe you want osteoporosis, and if so, :) then carry on with not receiving calcium the easiest way there is.Nor do they have a need for it.

Milk is the best. I drink it straight from the carton.
I mean really the cow is probably the 2nd best animal after the pig.
Pig - Pork, Bacon, Ham
Cow - Steak, Milk
If only they could incorporate Beer and a TV into one of those animals - the world would be a better place.

Why do you think dairy farmers want us to drink milk so bad, its just for money. They want us to believe that it is the one drink you need to be healthy, and the only way to get vitamins and minerals, when in reality calcium and vitamin D are easy to obtain with a balanced diet. Dont you wonder what happens when the utter gets tired and swolen? Well the answer is simple it bleeds and secrets pus. Where does this pus end up? It ends up going on your frosted flakes.SeanDog123
Good, I need more protein.

I prefer Cheerios, not only do they taste great but they also help lower cholesterol. Combine that with the awesome power of milk and the essential amino acids that it contains and you got yourself a fantastic, healthy way to start your day. Eat up.

Hell yeah, I'm about to go pour me a bowl of cereal and get my munch on. It's like a rush to be drinking something so dangerous. Like I'm laughing in the face of danger. Maybe I'll have me some cheese too, or maybe some ice cream. Why do you think dairy farmers want us to drink milk so bad, its just for money. That's nothing compared to the amounts of tiny bug or even rodent remains you consume from any number of foods without even realizing it.
Also, if you worry about the ill effects of overmilking, than try acquiring it from a source that still hand milks their cows. Though realistically the homogenization process destroys any heavier elements in the Milk.
