Unless you are Joe Namath, please do not guarantee a Championship. The NFL is a wild and unpredictable league.

Every single Viking player, tight end, line man, center, defensive end, line backer, cornerback, wide reciever, running man, quarterback, everything, will destroy, all of it, forever.

It doesn't even matter if Favre is playing, whether he plays or not, we'll still dominate, Minnesota don't fall straight soldier.

TC, so were the JETS when FAVRE was signed. The rest of the NFL and its fans learned the FAVRE distraction a yr ago.

It doesn't matter whether Favre plays or not, we'll still win the championship, all the way burning purple and gold into the fields of Miami for all eternity.

Vikings werent going to win sheet Favre or no Favre. Before Favre made it today, no one cared about the Vikings beside AP and thats it. There was nothing to get excited about because...they are the Vikings. Now they have a QB that has good numbers, yes, but who also likes to throw up random passes.

...be ready to be disappointed, I mean who knows maybe all the other teams will choke...but unless that happens I dont see the Vikings doing much mainly because they havent done much the past few years.

I am not sure that it's fair to compare the 4-12 Jets to a playoff ready Vikings team.

[QUOTE="Maniacc1"]I agree. Their strength is definitely the run game. Favre is just the extra fluff they need I guess. Omni-Slash

well even if he's just 50 percent..it makes teams have to play the run game honetly rather than stuffing the box.....I can't see anyone in thqat division beating them....the Giants or Philly on the other hand...well...they match up better......

PS...J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS..... :D

My Rams beat them in the preseason game :P

The Patriots? I dont see that happening. IF the GIANTS can find a decent WR, I can easily see them beating the crap out of the Pats once again, if they face during the regular season. Base on the last preseason game, GIANTS D is bigger, better, and faster.

lol i can see where your coming from the qb was clearly the weakest spot on the vikings, and now its filled pretty good, but the window is small....gotta go for it all within these next two seasons

The Giants are good, no doubt about it but the Pats want revenge, and with Brady back in action, I think the Pats will go all the way this year, again, its highly likely they will face The Giants in the Superbowl.

If the Giants and Patriots met in the Super Bowl again, that would be one epic game.

The Vikings have the same shot to win their division, but I feel the Bears and the Packers will be tough competition. Even though I do love Brett Favre, he is getting old and we saw how the Jets finished last year... the Vikings HAVE to be a run-first team if they have any chance of winning the division, let alone winning it all.

I don't go too crazy but... Anyways, according to my Madden 10 franchise, we won't win a Super Bowl until 2012 and 2015. But, hey, this year is really looking up. Although, I was excited for Sage Rosenfels

Pats wont be the Pats of the past this year. They will get owned. All those teams they spat on running up the score never forgot.

The Vikings will be playoff bound but I don't think they are Super Bowl contenders. The Eagles and the Giants will likely be the favorites from the NFC.

Well, hes not going to throw 50 TDs again, but if he can perform at the same playmaking level, even if it takes him a few games to get there, the Pats will dominate.
