Now that March(and a little of April) madness is over, Its time for some Stick Ball.
Who do you pull for.
I'm a Braves fan, and it was GREAT seeing them score 16 runs today.

I'm a White Sox fan, but today I was a BIG Braves fan. Mark Burhle pitched a shutout and Carlos Zambrano gave up eight runs in less then two innings, it's a good day for me.
BoSox!!Dark__LinkWhile I am a lifelong Mariners Fan, I do occasionally pull for the Red Sox as my wife is from Boston and because of our mutual hatred of the Yankees.
I don't watch baseball, but if I were to cheer for a team, it would be either the Kansas City Royals or the Pittsburgh Pirates because they're both terrible teams that never do well. They need all the support they can get. When I used to follow baseball, I liked the Cleveland Indians, but that was a long while ago. The Blue Jays were cool too.Lockedge
Now that is an odd assortment of different teams to root for, but more power to ya.
There is nothing wrong pulling for a suck team, that's half the fun. I'm a LIFE long braves fan and have had a lot more downs than ups. and my favorite player plays for a hated enemy,Shane Victorino.
That's what I love about Baseball. The diversity of choices of what, and who to like about it.
Woot! I wish I could have watched the game, but I was at work. AAAAND, I wish I could go to the first game at Coors on Friday, but I'm getting my taxes done... :(Woot! Denver represent! 8)

I'm a Braves fan too :)
This season looks like it'll be exciting.
baseball is terrible imo. one of the only sports i absolutely can't watch along with hockey. its too slow and boring for me. and alot of the players cant even be considered athletes. they're basically just skilled players like golfers. soccer, basketball and football is where the real athletes play.
Hrm. Well, I can totally understand not being able to watch it. I find it hard to watch. Though I'll disagree with you on hockey, that's the most exciting sport to watch IMO.baseball is terrible imo. one of the only sports i absolutely can't watch along with hockey. its too slow and boring for me. and alot of the players cant even be considered athletes. they're basically just skilled players like golfers. soccer, basketball and football is where the real athletes play.

Woot! Denver represent! 8)[QUOTE="JustPlainLucas"]Pullin' for the Rockies, as I do every year, being a Denverite. AND THEY WON OPENING DAY! :DPirate700
Boo I love the Brewers and we lost opening day!
Tigers, they're local. Hoping for better things this year.bluezyCan I presume that you're from Windsor, Sarnia, or the west end of London? Usually that area tend to have a lot of Tigers fans, like how the Maritimes province have a lot of Red Sox fans, BC having Mariner fans, and Northwest Ontario having Twins fans.
