Well I had a pretty big back ground in event planning, I also knew a lot about games, and I had some good references. I think she also dug my creativity. Regarding superpowers, if i'm not mistaken, Rogue's ability had a big disadvantage. Are you sure you would be able to live with that disadvantage for a long time?

Are you referring to when she absorbs massive amounts of power she goes bonkers? I think it might have more to do with the mind than the power but since it's hypothetical we'll never know.

I believe what eol_is is referring to is that Rogue's power isn't activated or deactivated when she needs it. It is never "off", so she can't touch someone even in the most casual manner without absorbing their essence or powers and comatosing that person. She has to remain guarded in a hug to make sure there is no skin to skin contact, and has never experienced a normal and pleasurable kiss.

Now as to the questions, while my OP did say some playful banter was permitted (I want this to be real friendly, the way good pals can rib each other), I did also say to keep it TOU safe, and in general not be completely disrespectful. And disguising a mean spirited question as "humour" isn't the way to do it either. We're not machines that will just take things at fce value and can discern the context. If you think it could get you modded in any other thread, it probably shouldn't be asked here either.

Are you into fighting games (I know you said something about playing the original Mortal Kombat on Genesis/Mega Drive, but I still want to know if you play them)?

I used to be HUGE MK fan (I still am, I just haven't played an MK game in a while it seems. Maybe I'll take that home for the weekend.)

If so, who are your favorite characters in that genre?

I like the females of MK, Sonya (I loved her in the movie from the 90's) and I liked playing Kitana, Jade and Sheeva. (Mileena kinda weirds me out though). I also like Scorpion (he's a family favorite), my brother dressed as him for halloween one year.

Favorite book series?

Redwall, its just so classic.

Your favorite book to film adaptation (if any)?

It's not my favorite but one that I really like is Interview with the Vampire, mainly because I find Ann Rices writing to be kinda... clunky at time and I felt that the movie did a fantastic job of simplifying her stories while still trying to remain true.

Again, one of my favorites is Super Star Wars: Return of the Jedi for the SNES. I can still remember the excitement my bro and I shared when we beat the game, it was awesome (all be it dorky). I'm just glad that video cameras weren't so readily available back in the 90's.

Have you ever played the Xenosaga trilogy, and if so, what did you think of it? Because I just got into it now and I'm loving it so far since it combines a JRPG with the feel of a sci-fi anime (two things I love) and I wanted more opinions on it.
