I have all of their albums, and I have to say post-Everywhere And His Nasty Parlor Tricks was pretty mediocre-bad. Their best albums are:

The Fruit That Ate Itself (I guess it'd be their best EP)
Lonesome Crowded West
The Moon And Antarctica
Building Nothing Out Of Something

In that order.
