No, really. There are things that even I've done that I've felt was maybe crossing the line but I got by somehow. I've seen other users get by with posts, such as quote trees which go unmoderated, as well as most religion threads.
I have a few problems with the Terms of Service. But I can't blame the moderators if they ever mod me for doing something against the Terms of Service.

The ToU mentions nothing about the punishments to be given out. That's where they lose it.

Shh... you know better than to call me that. The moderators might think we might be forming some conspiracy against them. They might think terms like "kiss-up" are shorthand for hacking into a mod's account and banning all the other mods and then posting a suicide thread on Off-Topic.
