Only hold the door open if they have their eyes locked on the door and are about a foot behind you. If they're not paying attention then shut the door on them and enjoy the satisfying sound of *smack*. :3

Even though it got better I was talking to a chick on Skype once and it was so awkward for the first 30 mins. Like I wanted to die haha. Ended up alright but man it was rough. TheColbert

every moment of my life is pretty awkward for me, so id have to narrow it down to 3:

1) 2 years ago when my dad randomly talking to me about... women's monthly... time.... period.... that time were they turn mean for a week.... its really awkward because it came right out of nowhere. Like it went from a conversation about famous military battles (something he always talks about since hes a huge history buff) to... that

2) Answering the door at my dorm and jumping in shock at the girl who was knocking. i swear, from her perspective, i must have looked like i was on drugs or something (i dont know why i jumped in shock. it just happened).

3) having my heart rate monitor alarm (which is really really really loud by the way) go off in class during quiet test time and having to maneuver my way out of the class to get it to turn off (i was having heart problems at the time and i had this monitor with me. if i was having a heart issue, i had to leave class and hold it over my chest were the heart would be and hit the button. in this case, i accidentally hit the button while the thing was in my pocket and the loud beeping noise went off)

Walking down a hallway and you're walking past someone you're an acquaintance with, that "who acknowledges who first?" moment. And then it's like OH HEY or something as you pass each other. So I have to agree with that every day is an awkward moment :P
