Most frustrating/difficult 'Boss' fight ever?

Whats the most frustrating or difficult or long boss fight you've ever had?

For me it would be fighting the 'Demons Gate' in the temple of the ancients in FF7, was sooo frickin difficult cos i never leveled aeris up before hand. So annoying as well as most things didn't damage it and it could wipe out the team in 1 hit.

Solo Wing Pixy.

The YELLOW SQUADRON, the most badass group of enemy fighter pilots, was a cake walk compared to him.

Metroid Prime perhaps, although I lost interest before I defeated it. on a side note, I don't see why people found Ridley hard. I think I beat him on my first or second try.Hewkii

General Raam on insane difficulty I found very hard. The Ice Queen in Enchanted Arms was very difficult as well. But the hardest of all was in Phatasy Star IV, the big purple guy. I can't remeber his name. :(CrimzonTide

yeah RAAM on insane took me at least no lie about 32 tries or more to finally kill him

Pretty much any boss from Ninja Gaiden: Black on the harder difficulties.....hardest game I've ever played. Before that, I would have said Metroid Prime on hard, which I enjoyed more, but it can't touch Ninja Gaiden: Black when it comes to difficulty.

The Ferris wheel part in one shot, one kill in COD4 on Veteran, F that level, I gave up after getting overrun about thirty times. What made it so hard was the stupid other guy he doesn't shoot jack. For every 10 kills I get the other sniper gets one wtf. It is beyond hard!H3llstrike

I found mile high club on veteran harder than that bit, but waiting for that helicopter was damned painful at times

What are you talking about? My little brother beat Sephiroth on lvl. 42 on Proud Mode and I ALMOST (stupid finisher rule got me) did in KH II. Once you memorize all of his attacks and how to respond it gets kinda easy.

I didn't find it too bad, tho i hated his universe summon thing that took like 5 mins to use and then took like 3-6k life off, and then he'd repeat it... i'd be sittin there for 10mins watchin the planets as his sun exploded :P

Megaman-X4, the final Boss. Whether it was Zero or X, the guy was a ***** to take down. The_Ish

Yeah, but only the final form is hard.

It's also the famous gaming law of"the first time".If you don't pass a hard point in a game with the first try,it'll take a lot of tries to beat it

Dude, just use that one flip (level up Master Form) and glide (level up Final Form) thing. But, if you touch the ground, you're screwed.

World of Warcraft's Vaelestraz the Corrupt, 40 dudes dieing in like 5 seconds each attempt, then you had to w8 for 40 dudes to be ready to try again which took forever, only to die in 5 seconds again lol. WoW's 40man raids had some of the best damn boss fights ever, and probably the most satisfying.Eddie-Vedder

Please, Vael was a pushover. As long as your guild didn't suck you should have been able to take him down after 1-2 weeks. Razorgore on the other hand...putting that thing as the very first thing you fight in the instance was just cruel.

Anyway, speaking of WoW, my vote for hardest boss fight ever has to go to pre-patch Cthun. You can't get any harder than unkillable.
