Thriller. It just seems like a collection of good pop songs to me. Also, The Girl is Mine is unbearably corny.
Ray of Light,1999, Purple Rain, Sign of the Times>Thriller as far as pop albums are concerned due to having alot more atmosphere and being more adventurous.
kanye west-my beautiful dark twisted fantasy
massive attack- heligoland
sex pistols-never mind the bollocks.
Watch the Throne. It had some good hooks and choruses (thank you Mr. Ocean), and a couple good verses (Kanye's 2nd one on Murder to Excellence), but the rest of the rapping was pretty bad in my opinion. Kanye's production was excellent on a good amount of the songs, but the rapping was just...terrible on a lot of the songs.
Probably something by Beatles or Queen.themajormayorI think a Night in the opera is pretty critically overrated.
You shut your mouth. I would say MBDTF by Kanye West. I do like the album quite a bit and it has great production values, but I don't think Kanye West is that great at rapping. In the Aeroplane over the Sea - NMH

The White Album by the Beatles.
Blueresident87
It has Sexy Sadie on it as well and some of their most interesting work in general, so I'd have to disagree with that.
If I was going to name a Beatles album, I'd go with Sgt. Pepper. Song for song, Revolver, Rubber Soul, The White Album and Abbey Road are all superior. Sgt. Pepper actually has a surprising amount of mediocre stuff on it considering that it's often hailed as the greatest album of all time.

I agree about Sgt Pepper, I like the songs but they aren't that great compared to other things by them.
OK Computer.
deathtarget04
No.
OK Computer - RadioheadPixies - Doolitle Master of Puppets/Ride the Lightning - Metallica Slayer - Reign in blood (Angel of Death - 8 tracks of filler - Raining Blood)SteverXIII

"Overrated" needs to be banned from the English lenguage all together. Such a shallow word.
Both of those are in my top 10JML897Ok Computer is a v good album. Its just not "best/top 10 album of all time" material

Eh
I'm not going to argue with you, you're entitled to your opinion but it's definitely one of my favorite albums that I've ever heard.

He's right. The Blueprint is superior on a musical level and far more varied, even if it's not as strong as Reasonable Doubt in the flow/lyrics departmennt.
Uhhh, no. Reasonable Doubt has 0 skippable songs while Blueprint has quite few like Jigga That N1gga, All I Need, and Girls, Girls, Girls. Reasonable Doubt you can listen to front to back almost anytime. I don't even need to mention the difference in lyrical quality so that goes without saying.Honestly, Vampire Weekend's music makes me want to vomit a bit. I think I'd actually rather listen to The Black Eyed Peas than subject myself to Vampire Weekend.
GreySeal9
I wouldn't go that far but yeah. I like some really twee stuff like Los Campesinos! but Vampire Weekend are just too much for me.

Reasonable Doubt is a little more consistent, but I don't think its high points are as high as The Blueprint.
