Riding a snowboard down a hill, falling, and breaking my left clavical.

Probably falling off a bike while I was riding down a rocky hill, and scraping my chin while sliding down the hill for a few seconds. I was around 6, and I fell off because I was used to pedal brakes then, but that bike didn't have them, only handle brakes.

That hurt so friggin' bad.

Lol, that has happened three times to me. Well I cut it open once and then I hit the same place twice after that making it open again. The most painful thing though is when I fell into an ivy bush (the itchy bushes) in my swimming trunks, it itched like a b***h!

When I was younger: fell off my bike into a thorn bush. Jumped off a metal climbing frame but hit my back on a pole on the way down. Had liquid nitrogen sprayed on my foot by a doctor to get rid of a verruca.

More recently: had an endoscopy. Which if you don't know, is a camera on a tube that's shoved down your throat into your stomach while your wide awake. My throat was sprayed to numb it which made it very hard to swallow. And of course you have to swallow the camera as it goes down. It was like being choked and was extremely unpleasant.
