Nocturnal leg cramp on my left calf muscle.

I remember screaming when I woke up and hitting the pillow seconds later. I hope to not experience it again as it was more painful than when I fractured my right wrist and breaking my left one.

ya thats nothing

i had to watch the gilmore girls because my stupid cousin

don't watch it i wanted to die in a very painful way

willtsherman

. . . I like that show :(

But the most painful thing to happen to me was dislodging a bone out of my leg in school, and then not having my teacher believe it when I said I couldn't get up and having to walk on it.

I chewed on a habinaro pepper once for $20, most painful experiance of my life. I had a headache so painful the muscles on my head were moving by themselves. My mouth was burnt pretty bad too. The pain in my head was worse though. That's how you get people to stop gambling! lol.

Probably a basketball to the side of the head. In grade 6 some idiot who was always trying to show off said he got sniped when walking to school but he had a bulletproof vest on. He always told people stupid crap like that.

Really nothing. I can't think of one moment where I was in so much pain that I would weep for help. I guess I just never get hurt, considering there are not ways to get hurt sitting on a computer all day.

I get them at least once a week.

The exact cause of night leg cramps isn't known. Some experts believe they may be due to abnormal processing of electrolytes — essential elements and chemical substances your body needs for basic functions — by muscles. Almost everyone has occasional leg cramps. But they occur most often in older adults. Common causes of night leg cramps include:

  • Muscle overexertion
  • Prolonged sitting
  • Dehydration
  • Pregnancy
  • Diabetes
  • Decreased potassium levels
  • Neuromuscular disorders, such as Parkinson's disease
  • Certain medications, such as albuterol, niacin, diuretics, and some calcium channel blockers and antipsychotic medications
  • Alcohol use"

Worst thing for me... cracking my tailbone and not seeing the doctor about it. It hurt like a ***** for the first year, and now two years later I can still feel it twinge from time to time. Also, I get those nocturnal cramps in the soles of my feet from time to time, but they're never that bad.

When I shattered my ankle that was horrible pain. I can't compare it to the time I cracked my skull open because I was in shock and I don't remember it.

The worst type of pain is a puncture wound. Everytime you put preasure on it your flesh it feels like someone is sticking a thousand needles in the wound.

When I was little (6 or something), I went down a slide on my stomach, backwards, and almost broke my back(I was young, I didn't know what I was thinking)and to this day, I've always had a sharp pain in my lower back every now and again. Some painful things that have happened recently are when I kneeled in a prickle bush and I also cut my left index finger open with scissors.

Riding a snowboard down a hill, falling, and breaking my left clavical.

Twice.

Vax45

Ha, I broke my left clavicle on a dirtbike. Then my mom was telling me they were gonna cut my shirt off, I said, "this is my favorite shirt!" i was kinda freaking out a little. I started to take it off then realized very quickly that wasn't gonna happen.

Well, lets see. Considering I haven't not gotten into any crashes or broken any bones, in my life (knock on wood?), probably getting thrown a log at my head, like 8 years ago. My younger brother threw it at me, (he was higher up, like 5 feet), and I must have really annoyed him, and he picked up a log and threw it at my forehead, and it...kind of hurt. :?

But oh man, getting the Batman Beyond character from my local Rite-Aid afterwards was so worth it. :P

I'm 15 now, by the way, so I was probably like 7-8 at the time.

I've had comparable things similar to what your (or the original poster), is talking about. Maybe, doesn't happen often. For instance, riding up to my aunt's house (an hour away), in a car that has terrible leg room for me, and coming back my legs were killing me. For like a week I was in pain. Tried stretching them out and that never worked.

Or on an airplane, my legs just couldn't handle it for 2 hours. Similar thing, or different? I need space for my legs, or I'm done.

My brother broke my wrist when I was 13. And nobody believed it was broken for a month; it reset itself in the wrong position, and the doctor had to re-break it (they drugged me for that). During the month of doubt, I was forced to play baseball every day for 2 weeks, and I tripped and messed up my arm even worse about 3 days after the accident. The only thing I could use on my wrist was ice, and a hot pillow thing.

Alright. Picture...a watermelon....a watermelon that is falling...falling fast. Now imagine how that watermelon hits the ground...imagine...the impact on the ground. Now replace the watermelon with a bowling ball and replace the ground...with my family jewels.

You know revolving doors? I was right behind a man in the mall and as he went through, I slipped on the floor and my head landed right where the door rotates. The revolving door slammed my head into the corner of the wall - pure pain. Tip: always pay attention to "Caution, Wet Floor" signs.
