Morrissey is very pretentious. Just because you like him doesn't change that. Really strange your tangent about the unknown. We perceive people by their actions/words.

The unknown what? That makes zero sense. I've SEEN Morrissey speak.....HIS words.

Pretentious..... 1.full of pretense or pretension. 2.characterized by assumption of dignity or importance. 3.making an exaggerated outward show; ostentatious.

He is definitely of the opinion that he himself matters.
