Most selfish thing you've ever done?

Mine would be refusing to give a ride home to my brother's friend, whom I've hated for years, thus unwittingly leaving him outside in the cold for 40 minutes.

I eat my kids' candy. Not all of it, they get their share. Having kids is unselfish, so we're even.

When I was 20 I exaggerated to my dad some story about me being in a tight pinch and needing some help with some dough, using my unborn daughter(she had 1 month left) as the catalyst in the story just because i know he has money. A week laterafter I told him my story, he mailed me 6k in 12 money orders for $500 each and kind of tried to start some type of relationship with me. but just wouldn't answer and haven't since.

That was second and last time I had ever spoken to him...

one time me and my cousin were having pasta and there was only a little bit of cheese left and i used it on my pasta without thinking S: i felt bad later and shared it. . but still.

I'm pretty much borderline APD so I've done a lot of things. The biggest would have to be ignoring people. I never could care for what they have to say.

I've shot some people, but I'm not sure that falls into the definition of selfish. "Selfish" is a tricky concept. Most us as we go about our business are concerned first and foremost with ourselves. We can try to be considerate of others, but being ultimately self-centered, our judgement will fail us.

Simple example: I try to be conscientious when driving. I keep an eye for people trying to merge or pull out of parking lots, and let them when I can. Now, my girlfriend is a s***ty driver. She doesn't do these things. However, this isn't because she's mean, but simply because she doesn't think about them; she's too busy trying not to drive her Jeep into a rock. So is she being selfish? I dunno. I don't think so.

Got a fathers day gift that I like and my dad doesnt even care about. :(

Probably when I suggested to my mom that we go out to the Outback Steakhouse while she was crying over the fact our dog probably had cancer.

I'm not sure if that counts since I didn't know she was crying, but whatever.

I went grocery shopping on a day before holiday. It's usually hard to find a parking space on a busy day like that. So, as soon as I enter parking lot I see a car leaving, I quickly drive into the open space and park. When I stepped outside, this angry lady came to me saying that I took the spot she was waiting for. I told her that I was waiting for this space for almost ten minutes. She apologized to me. She said she had a lot on her mind and that she didn't see me. Then she left. I feel bad about it every time I remember.

Didn't go to my ex girlfriends High School graduation just because I didn't really want to.

Skipping out on going to visit my brothers because I wanted to hang with my friends, they only live like 20 miles away though and we see them all the time. lol :P
