In my opinion, I would have to say the Lord of The Rings Trilogy. Every song is epic. :D

The Dollars Trilogy
EDIT: I almost forgot Tenacious D in The Pick Of Destiny. The rock off against Satan is epic.
wait? we are doing favorite movie scores rather than most epic now? in that case, it would have to be something by jerry goldsmith. his top two are planet of the apes and patton.
if you know the twist in the planet of the apes, then you know how important it was to make the world feel alien. goldsmith's score plays a large part in doing that. it was one of the first film scores (the first i know of atleast) to use modern composing techniques so heavily, and it really gave the whole movie such an alien feel. pitch bending, frantic tone rows, prepared pianos, pans as drums...it was all so bizarre.
goldsmith score for patton was very unique as well. most composers would have written one theme for the main character of a character study like patton, but not goldsmith. he made three: one for each of the aspects of patton's personality that were themes of the film. it did the character much more justice than grouping everything into one convenient label.
