Im sure this one has been said, but Se7en had a great plot twist. One of the best ive seen.It pulls it off so well, and really makes you go "HOLY S**T"
the original planet of the apes has my favorite plot twist of all time. a more recent one with a good plot twist is the usual suspects. if you want a movie that revolves around plot twists, check out miller's crossing.

Full Metal Jacket was on a few days ago but it was like three in the morning so I only saw a bit of it. I didn't know war movies could have plot twists.
