I was 25. Milking my folks all the way through college was the best decision I ever made. Trust me, you want to go as long as you can without bills. Life is expensive.
Around when I'm either 20 or 21 becusae I'm going to devry after high school (finishing when im 18) and that will take me about 2 years to finish and while doing that, im going to have a day job to save up some money so I can be ready after that to move out.
I hope to move out when I transfer from community college to university.

Yes live with your parents until you think you can live faily comfortably. The only thing I have to worry about is paying for Gas, Insurance, and The cable bill. which is like....$120 a month total...the rest...Goes torwards buying toys :).
Though I'm starting to feel pathetic so whatever your comforable with.
I was 24 when I moved out but trust me, I wanted to move out when I was 16 too,You have to make sure you can support yourself first though,which means you'll need a career,not just a simple job...workig behind a cash register isn't going to pay your rent and put food on the table,when you make about $400+ a week,then you can start looking for an apartment.Till then...just save up as much as you can till then.
Probably once I'm 18 (16 now, two more years of high school!), when I go to college. Once I'm out of college I might move back in for a couple months until I find a job, though.
I moved out when I was 18 to go to Uni. I don't know if you can call it moving out really because my parents paid for my apartment rents and stuff. Life is f*ckin' expensive.. Don't get too excited to move out. It's not easy. You pay for books, groceries, bills, cable tv/internet and you have to cook your darn Ramen noodles. You try to work and study at the same time.. let's see if you don't fall asleep half way through linear algebra.
