mp3city.com - good site or not

has anyone here used mp3city.com m they're selling mp3's wayyyyyyy cheap, so i just wanted to know if anyone has used them and if they're a good legitimate site.. or is there something crooked abt them

also if they are good, has anybody in europe used them, and were any digital distribution issues
