I was watching the WWE Draft 2007 last night on RAW and at the end Mr. McMahon went into his limosine and when he closed the door it blew up. There were no camera cuts. He just walked from the building into the lomo and the whole thing belw up right when he closed the door.

i didn't see that show cos i aint watched raw in ages, cos raw has sucked for the longest time now..

anyway, they once did a similar thing with triple h, where he got in to a car and steve austin got into a fork life and picked up hhh's car and dropped it with hhh init..

though what really happended is that part of it was recorded at an earlier time (probly the night b4) and just very cleverly edited together to make it look continuous

well done to the editing team... but wwe still sucks

But really, I just saw the video on youtube, and it looks so fake its not even funny. Watch how long it takes him to get into the limo, andfocus onhis feet as he sits inside it and closes the door. Looks like another WWEpublicity stunt.

Why does everyone assume it's fake from what we see?

did it was pretaped. plus u notice how his foot goes in then back out. that was enough time to switch vince with a stuntman and vince got to safty.

"...A really funny moment happened after the Umaga sqaush and we were off camera...when Umaga got to the top of the ramp it must have been still hot from pyro cause he was walking slowly and then actully yelled (in English) in pain and ran a couple feet as he was burning his feet. Absolutely hysterical, as long as he wasn't actually injured.

The video tributes such as they were were great, especially Stone Cold's. That was extremely funny stuff.

WWE released an article and some pictures of firemen and police putting out the fire. The explosion was big so he aint gonny be bloddy and unconsiose probably dead.Hatiko

In all likely hood, either the whole limo scene was pre-recorded or he exited out of the car from the other side. If he had really died, it would have been all over the news.

For whatever it is worth, I am saying this as someone who is wrestling fan.

If you listen to the radio it was all over that. News on the TV probably didn't have any reporters there and need to have permission from WWE to go on the private grounds.

I also heard that CNN had it.

Also they guy said he got a TIP! From a guy that watched it last night. WWE wasn't just gonna let people go and watch it! Are you crazy! Even if it was fake it still gave me a shock.

Anyway people just refer back to the Triple H incident and refer it to this one.

Totally and I've searched for a few minutes and I haven't found anything that says he's actually dead. His Wikipedia page says he is still alive and kicking.

This is all a storyline and not real.

Shortly after the conclusion of Raw last night, WWE.com posted a huge splash image of Vince McMahon's white limo covered in flames with the headline: "BREAKING NEWS: MR. MCMAHON PRESUMED DEAD". The dramatic declaration is part of the TV angle of McMahon going crazy. With Stephanie McMahon taking more control over the company's media content, including WWE.com, the website is becoming more storyline-oriented.

WWE.com's story on the car explosion explains more about the storyline, including Mr. McMahon's body not being found yet and his prophetic speech at the One Night Stand PPV where he predicted his own demise in a black cloud.

But indeed the entire thing appears to be an elaborate publicity stunt. The Wilkes-Barre local paper, The Times Leader mentions nothing about any exploding car or Vince McMahon's supposed death. Likewise, as of Tuesday morning, the story only appears on Professional Wrestling related websites.

This is not the first time that a mogul in the world of fight entertainment has faked his own death, as bizarre as this might seem.

In 2003, Calvin Ayre, founder of Bodog Fight faked his own death in Cambodia. Last year's Forbes Billionaire cover boy elaborated on that story, discussing how it and other elements of story telling had increased his exposure in the world of online gambling where his Bodog.com currently ranks as the number two North American facing brand. Last night's stunt with Vince McMahon being blown up in the limousine was actually filmed Sunday evening. WWE brought in an outside stunt company to come in and set the entire thing up. The stunt was planned over the last two weeks, with WWE having to obtain a few permits.

When McMahon walked outside and got in the limo last night, it was live but they spliced the cable to show the taped footage. For fans coming out of the arena last night they had the burnt limo husk from the one used in the stunt on display.

OK. Now I think it is fake. But how did the stuntman get out just as the door closed?

Is still think SOME of the fighting is real. Cause if someone is thrown or falls of a ladder it still hurts. I also think the Championship matches are real but the weekly matches are planned. Like, the ones on payper view are real.
