Wolfgang
Amadeus
Mozart
Tops the list easily. Look at all his output in 35 years. And at the end, he had The Magic Flute. The guy was still going strong. Imagine if he had another thirty years.

Who are some of your favorites who died too early. I got a few off the top of my head, I'll post them as I go.
Not in any order.
1. Big L
If anyone got taken way too soon it's Big L, he discovered Jay-Z and it was said that he was going to be signed to Rocafella records. He died a week before that happened. No doubt a talent like him would have gone far with Jay-Z who is one of the biggest names in Hip Hop today.
Put It On
Danger Zone
2. Proof
Proof was always thought to be the most talented of D12 along with Eminem and in fact many fans of the group today still consider him the best. He released a major album only a year before he died and I'm sure he would have been huge since he was with Eminem who commands the biggest fanbase in Hip Hop at the moment (arguably).
Kurt Kobain: Pretty creepy to listen to since he died
Forgive Me
3. Ol' Dirty BastardOften called one of the most unique MC's, it's such a shame that he died before releasing his first solo album on Rocafella records (Damn they have bad luck). ODB is sorely missed that's all I can say...
Shimmy Shimmy Ya
Got Your Money4. J Dilla
J Dilla is one of the best producers to be in the game, in fact years after his death music still comes out that he produced. J Dilla's death was huge to hip hop and chances are that even if you don't know who he is, you've heard a song he made. Then again, if you listen to Hip Hop you better know who he is.
Mos Def ft. Talib Kweli - History (Prod. J Dilla)
Common - The Light (Prod. J Dilla)
Raekwon ft. Inspectah Deck, Ghostface Killah, Method Man - House of Flying DaggersI'll put on some actors when I think of them

I have never heard of any of those people...
Bernie Mac, Isaac Hayes, Micheal Jackson, Heath Ledger, and the yellow power ranger. She was so young.

Then you're missing outI know it's not like anyone in OT even listens to jazz, but here's Lee Morgan playing I Remember Clifford in memory of Clifford Brown who died in a car accident at age 25. Lee Morgan would later be shot to death by his girlfriend at the young age of 33. Two jazz legends.
Heath Ledger - Combined Drug Intoxication at the age of 28
Cliff Burton - Crushed by a bus at the age of 23
Dimebag Darrell - Shot in the head three times whilst on stage (Touring without Pantera at the time) at the age of 38
Kurt Cobian - Suicide. Some people may say otherwise. Died Aged 27
Jimi Hendrix - Drug Overdose. Died Aged 27.
Bruce Lee - Hypersenivity to the drug Equagesic, mysteries still surrond his death. Died Aged 32.
Brandon Lee - Very Mysterious Death. Shot while filming "The Crow", no one is aware of which crew member made the fatal mistake of loading in the real bullet, I think they were trying to remove the gunpowder to make sure it could'nt pierce the skin, I'm not to sure.... He died aged 28
Lee Morgan- shot to death by girlfriend at age 33
Charlie Parker- died at age 34 from drugs and alcohol
Clifford Brown- died in a car accident at age 25
Eric Dolphy- died at age 36 from diabetes complications
Sam Cooke- shot to death at age 33Otis Redding- died in a place crash at age 26
Minnie Riperton- died at age 31 from cancer
Robert Johnson- died at age 27 for reasons unknown... part of the legend...Orlando_Magic
I would add Stevie Ray Vaughan and Duane Allman to that list.
Word to all those TC.
You hear about Baatin? R.I.P.
Glen Goins and Eddie Hazel (both P-Funk) left too soon. Im definately forgettin a lot of artists but Ive been on a Family Stone and P-Funk kick so thats what's at the top of my mind.
