With guys like Soujia Boy making plenty of money do you really think it's surprising that a lot of people these days have little taste in music. You might as well stop trying to argue with them because arguing with them about music is like argueing with a chimpanzee. When trying to argue with them all you're gonna get is that their music is "awesome" and your music is gay or dumb."
Also, going a little of topic, doesn't anyone else think it's stupid that the word gay has become an insult?

I think he was referring to their goth phase. My dad graduated from high school during The Cure's goth phase, and often made fun of Cure fans who had a lot of safety pins on their sleeves.

Everyone has their own taste, how is it even possible to say they don't have taste? Because they don't listen to the same stuff you do? I'm all into Trance and Electro House and don' t like much of any other genre, but I don't say that someone else has bad taste (well unless they think Heaven by DJ Sammy is a good song, then off with their head(s)). If they want to listen to Soulja Boy, bah who cares, you got your music to listen to.

Never heard of goth's doing that....but rest easy...no safety pins here....though I do wear lots of black. No correlation there though.....
