My first one took me a year to get over and was only remedied by asking someone else out. Just look forward and not back. You're a good guy there will be others.

Take a picture of yourself naked and send it to her when shes in her new relationship. That'll provide her with food for thought and it'll make her miss what she left behind.
Since it sounds like you really cared about this person, getting into a relationship too soon would only make things worse for you in the long run. You should enjoy being single for now and concentrate on the other important things about your life. When you get to the point where you can go almost a week straight without even thinking about your ex, then your ready for a new relationship. This will take a while, but you will eventually get to that point.

Bro, if you seriously want to get over this broad, you have to erase her from your life. Don't call her, don't hang out with her, put her pictures and notes somewhere hidden away. Not necessarily. It just makes things about 3 times as hard. Both people need to be fully committed to working out the relationship, instead of just existing.
