I have info though I cannot confirm it.

It looks like the video was shot at one of the many house parties that goes on during SXSW in Austin, TX. I don't know who that particular band is, but this is a pretty common scene during SXSW. A lot of people with houses just east of downtown or around UT will put on parties with a wide range of bands playing all day long. It's really fun. You should all come to Austin for SXSW and join.
