Today was my last day of high school. Its over. I feel relieved and excited that I'm graduating, but honestly I feel mostly sadness right now. I regret that I'm leaving all my friends and that we are all going seperate ways. I regret everything I could have done better. I am going to miss so many people and its sad to say goodbye. But I know that I am moving on to bigger and greater things. I look forward to what the furture has in store for me.

What about you? When is/was your last day? And how did you feel?

I know what you mean. My last day of high school was a few weeks ago, and it's sad knowing that I will never see many of those people ever again.

Depressing. Everyone refers to those years as the "best years of your life", but mine were terrible. Boring and uneventful. I feel like I missed out.

Am I the only one who doesnt feel anything? I don't feel all "YAY IM GRADUATING WOOOHOOOO", but nor do I feel "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GRADUATION".....
In fact I feel a bit sad because I may never see some of those people ever again. Other than that though, I feel nothing. To put it bluntly, I get to look forward to more complicated school for 12 more years. yay.

Congrats on graduating. Hopefully you don't almost accidentally trip on stage, like I did during my ceremony in 07.

My last day was 2 weeks ago. I'm glad that I'll hopefully never seen some people from my school again. I'll certainly miss my friends, but I'll stay in touch.

One year, my high school's valedictorian burst into tears onstage, right at the end of his speech.

It looked a bit like this:

Eh, you'll see them again at the high school reunion, so try not to turn into a crack head.

There are some people whose best days were in high school. My dad tells me he saw the most popular guy in his school serving him in Burger King a year ago. Better to have your best days in front of you than behind you.

If you read in Sheldons somatotypes I believe he touches into this, though it may be inaccurate. Some people are at their happiest toward the end of thier life.

My grad was last Sunday and Im glad im out. All boys schools suck. D-bag two-faced Fathers who shove their brand of religion down your throat suck even more

My little brother just graduated earlier tonight. I was pretty proud, he seemed really happy to be done with school.

I graduated high school nearly 5 years ago.

I graduated from highschool last year and I don't miss it at all. It was boring, uneventful, and I had no clue what I was doing in life. Now I'm in college, have better friends, I've picked my major and for once I actually have a direction.

I graduated HS 5 years this month, June 2004. To be completely honest with you I still miss it to this day. I had a blast all throughout HS, going to parties, throwing parties, hanging out with friends...it was great, memories I will have for a lifetime.

What sucks is that I haven't been able to see all of my friends as much. One of my best friends that I've known since elementary school went to college in another state and it's been around 2 or 3 years since I've seen him. On the other hand, I still see some people every now and then, especially in the summer when everyone comes back home. In fact I've even talked to a girl who moved out of state like 6 years ago just the other day at work.

While it does suck leaving everyone behind, If they truly meant something to you, then you would want them to go off and fulfill all of their dreams. Also, our generation has an advantage with this that others haven't. Even though I don't see a lot of them, I still talk to a lot of my friends using social networking sites like Myspace and Facebook, so it isn't all bad.

Although I have to say college is a blast as well. I've made new friends that I've lived with, and gone to new parties, met new people...and I still hang out with a lot of my friends from my hometown that I grew up and went to HS with.

Don't be sad, if you're planning on going to college then you have another 4 years to make friends and memories.

My last real day was May 29th, though I had one final on June 3rd. I was exempt from the rest of them. I graduated on the 6th. It's crazy and weird. It still hasn't hit me yet that I'm done with high school, even though my diploma is right next to me on my desk.

Yeah I dunno...I graduated four years ago and dont talk to many people I knew from HS. I only had a handful of friends and now we're all off doing our own things. I was in the military for a while but now im going back to school in the fall...community college at that, which I hear is almost exactly like high school...so we'll see how that turns out...atleast for me, its completely free, AND I get paid for it. But hey, congrats on graduating you big man you.

Graduated a year ago. Part of me is glad that I'm done, and part of me misses it. Had some great friends in higschool, and some really fun times. Fortunately my best friend still lives in town and I hang out with him fairly frequently. And some good friends still live here as well.
