My little sister just died.

I feel like crap right now. She was only 8 years old and got cancer about two years ago. I'm really feeling down at the moment. You guys got any idea how to handle this? :?

I recently had a very close family member die as well (three months ago) and it is horrible. Let out your emotions, and remember that the best way to honor their memory is too do something she would be proud of.It remarkable the things we can achieve, and she will always be there when you think of her. I'm sorry for your loss, I understand it so well. Be strong, as humans, this is something we have to endure, but value your life and do something with it.

Watch a funny movie. Nothing sad though.

damn dude, thats heavy, sorry to hear about that, the best i can say is get out your most mindlessly violent videogame. 3 years ago when one of my best mates died, we all got together, went out and got completely hammered, toasted to his life, and tried to remember, maybe you can try that.

Play a game. Force yourself to do it. And then sleep.

I apologize for your loss. I feel as though that in honor of her death, you should do something that she will like. If she looked up to you, make sure that you do something that she will be proud of...

Use her as your inspiration to do things later in your life.

im so sorry.. i tend to listen to music when im feeling down, dont know if thatll work for you.

i guess you could hang out with friends, go to the movies etc and have a good time to get your mind off it for a few hours?

maan, this must be so tough :( nothing like that has ever happened to me, so yeah.. play a video game, maybe?

I don't have any suggestions, I'm afraid. You're just gonna have to learn to live without her. It will take a while but eventually, you'll come to terms with it.

The closest I ever felt any family member die is my aunt, I woudn't imagine any one of my sisters dying

My aunt died when she was really young. She had Leukemia, and I believe she died when she was ten. :(

Well I'm really sorry for your loss, do you have any other siblings? I suggest burying your emotions deep deep down so they never need surface again.
