It seems like all the drama results in people pointing guns at each other. Now, I've only seen the first 5 episodes but yea it's getting a little old. Hopefully they can create some drama without it ending up like that.
I watched the first episode and thought it was awesome. When I tuned in for the second one, all I saw was bad writing, mediocre acting, and TERRIBLE cliches and stereotypes that were supposed to pass as characters. I have not seen the show since, though from what I hear there has at least been some improvement.
Special effects are great, there are some true scares, and the story line so far is far more believable than most zombie films. It's certainly not perfect though, as we have pointed out.
First episode was wicked and had me asking a lot of questions, then by the third episode I said screw it and stopped watching. It was like Dexter, it was good up until season 5 when that blonde chick came into the picture. Didn't you learn from Miguel, Dexter?!
Huh. People are saying they liked the pilot but not the episodes after. I really disliked the first new episodes, I thought it dragged on way too much and was boring. I started liking it a lot more after that.
waliking dead will be happen in reality anytime soon.... I think start from middle east or eastern europe..........and not north america, where the virus cultivated in their secret lab.
I just don't care for the characters much. The main guy is Mr. Dudley Do-Right, putting himself in great danger while his wife and child look on in horror. What a self-centered a$$. I really liked the idea of a "realistic" portrayal of a zombie apocalypse, but the whole thing is like MTV's The Real World with some disparate personality types fighting with each other constantly.
It's still worth watching though, just not nearly as good as it could have been.
I liked the first season apart from the final and will be watching the second season. The first season was inconsistent with quality however I have high hopes for the second season.

The first season was a hell of a lot better than what I thought it would be, I was expecting a piss poor budget and bad acting but it's got me as hooked as 24 and Prison Break.
