My Sister and I are in big trouble

This is all really weird. I'm concerned about my sister. I graduated from college last spring, and I've been really busy. I was very busy in college and afterward. I had to find a job and everything. Anyway, my point is that I haven't had really any contact from my family (My parents live in another state). We haven't been close for a long time. My dad's always so busy and my mom is always depressed. I guess they thought that if they paid for college, they could just forget about me. I haven't been much better, but I guess I was kind of waiting for them to call me. I've only gotten about 10 calls during my four years in college, and they weren't much. This year, I got 1 call from my mom, and none from my dad as usual. Anyway, my sister actually called me a couple weeks ago, and said she was moving to my state! I never talked to my sister, ever since I moved and started college. I didn't think she cared, but she said she wanted to see me to talk. Anyway, she visited my apartment, and she was really different. She used to just ignore me. Now, it seemed like she wanted to be around me. She looked different, like...her face. She looked very nervous and uneasy. I don't think it had anything to do with me. She chose to see me. I got the feeling she wanted my help with something. She only visited for an hour, and we mostly talked about me, but it didn't seem like she was really listening. I think she was just putting off what she really wanted to talk about. Before she left, I asked her if anything was wrong. She just said 'Not really. I'm just a little stressed about the move.' After the talking, we just quietly moved all her stuff to her new apartment. The reason I posted all that is mostly just to explain the situation. I'm really posting because I have a question. I got a letter in the mail a couple days ago from my sister. I opened the envelope and there was another envelope inside that had small print on the bottom saying to open it in the bathroom. I did, and she said she was in trouble, and so was I. She said my house was probably 'bugged', and that I shouldn't call her about what she wrote because my phones were probably tapped. She wrote that she is involved with an important computer program for a company called Jagex. She said that she found something she wasn't supposed to see, and that she is being watched. I did some research on Jagex, and I found out that it owns a popular MMORPG called Runescape, and they are supposed to be located in England. So, I was just wondering if anyone here knew anything about the company. She said in the letter to meet her at 4:00 on Tuesday (tomorrow) at a Perkins, but she also said she wouldn't be able to tell me much more. I'm posting now because I want to know more about Jagex so I can talk to her about it. Since I am apparently being watched and have my phones tapped (I know how weird that sounds), I can't really contact her often. I tried searching for cameras and microphones in my apartment (I live alone), but couldn't find anything. I don't know anyone in real life who has been through anything like this. It seems like a dream, and it all happened so fast. Anyway, for now, just tell me what you know about Jagex. Also, if anyone knows about cameras, that could be helpful. How small can they get? Where could they be hidden?EDIT: remember, this is all according to my sister. I'm probably not bugged. Even if I was, I think jagex is too big of a company to do it. The more I think about it, the weirder it sounds. Also, runescape probably has nothing to do with it, since my sister didn't even mention runescape.

I have a part time job......and it's pretty much likefull time. I was planning on getting a full time job very soon.

Okay, I went to jagex's corporate website, and they don't have much. I didn't see anything about any other projects. I noticed that they have an e-mail for governmental Law Enforcement officers. is this normal? Is it at all possible that they are working with the government?
