Not that I'm aware of. Very few people even in my extended family are gamers and not to the same extent that I am so I doubt they would join. Preferably, it would stay that way for the same reason I don't add family on Facebook. I don't want them involved in my private life, seeing what I post or what I'm doing. Privacy issues guys, privacy issues.
