Well that's good I guess, but you would have made a hell of a lot more in Cali. It's common for waiters to make over $20 an hour after including tips...and of course everyone reports their tips lower than what they actually are. Which is proper. I don't see it as lying. The government is lying when they say you have to give them a cut. Screw that. A tip is a personal gift from a customer. It shouldn't have to be reported! Greedy pricks...

Anyway, sure it's a health code violation, but it's still blown way out of proportion. The law has to be overprotective because of paranoid people who'll go overboard with complaining. It's to protect the restaurants from getting sued by greedy losers and all that...don't get me wrong, I'm all about hygeine, but people usually imagine the worst possible scenario in a situation like this, and I'm not the enabling type. I'll remind people that they're being paranoid.

Remember when you were a little kid? You probably put your fingers in your mouth all the time after playing in the dirt or touching filthy things, and you turned out ok.

Why didn't you leave before the food was served? Sounds like you planned this, saw the waiter not wash, decided to go to your table, ate then not left a tip. Hmmm you should have gave a small tip if this was the case or left before the food was served.

Maybe he doesn't wash his hands after taking a leak cause he knows it's not a big deal. It's not like he pissed on his hands. And you would know if someone never washed their hands. They would be extremely dirty. He wouldn't even get hired at a restaurant if that was the case. Stop with all this pointless speculation. :roll:
