Well for me it's getting married with my girl, or starting a succesful company

I used to have two personal goals:

1. See Daft Punk live.

2. See the musician of my childhood live. (in case you're curious it's Phil Collins).

Both goals were thankfully accomplished in the same year and in the same month. 2007 was one of the best years of my life now that I look back at it.

No personal goals since then.

It's hard for me to narrow down just one major goal I have in my life. I'd feel almost incomplete without finishing all of them... (this is in no particular order)

1. Have my name become "Doctor Proctor."

2. Write several books.

3. Start at least one church.

4. Get married.

5. Both have and adopt children.

Walk on Mars.

Or if I'm being realistic, I guess get married to someone I love and have kids.

I want to start a band. I don't care if we're not successful, if we can play a few gigs in local venues and get a small handful of cool fans, that would be more than enough for me.

Even jamming was good enough for me, although I've been getting the urge to dive back into synthesis and pump out some music again. :P

I heartily suggest you get the ball rolling asap, it's honestly real liberating.

Yeah... Problem is, all of my friends are either already in band, don't play instruments or are complete metalheads. But I keep looking around, I'm bound to find someone eventually.
