Cliff Martinez. The drumming he did in the first two Chili Peppers albums fit PERFECTLY with the music and it was brilliant stuff.

John Bonham.

He's pretty much the father of all hard rock drummers and he could do things with one bass drum that most guys can't do with two.

Lars Ulrich. I think he has better skill than any other drummer. Niel Peart would be my second choice.
