Lars Ulrich is one of the most over rated drummers in history, and THE (imo) most over rated drummer in Metal, not to mention one of the most arrogant people in Metal as well

he is very average (if even) at double bass drumming, he isn't very creative, and overall he just isnt very good..what more is there to say? he gets the job done, but he isn't anything special. Dave Lombardo rapes him.

Lars is far from "average". He's probably the best drummer out there(Better than Peart). He is the father of thrash metal(One of the fathers).

I lol'd. Fair enough, he can sing, but he's amazingly average. He is a good drummer though. My favourite drummers are Marcus Nostrom and Danny Carey. Danny Carey is awesome.

there isnt hate for him people just know he is not a great drummer. he is GOOD not great. not by a long shot.

Yep. And he's the only reason I really listened to Smashing Pumpkins...well, Corgan had great guitar tones as well. Anyway, I think Chamberlin's a great rock drummer.
