I hate this movie with a fiery passion. It's not funny at all. There is no storyline or plot. People try to mimick his voice all the time. This is just another one of those things that takes of and becomes popular but isn't entertaining at all. Like American Idol. Does anyone agree with me?
I thought it was pretty funny. Not hilarious, and certainly not good enough to warrant even thinking about months/years after I saw it, but still enjoyable.
That movie is terrible. I remember I stopped watching it about 20 min because it was just mind-numbingly boring. I went out and mowed my yard and enjoyed that more.
Even Jon Gries couldn't save the movie from being an absolute pile of **bleep**. The sad part is that I can't remember how many people bugged me to watch it, claiming it was the funniest movie they had ever seen.
Either they've seen very few movies or copious quanitities of marijuana were involved.
I loved that movie. Not becasue it was the cool thing to do, but becasue I just thought it was so original. It felt like the type of movie that invented a whole new way to tell a joke. And for that, it has alot of respect from me.
I think it's more of a movie you need to watch twice to really find it funny...the first time I didn't laugh at all, but the second time I dunno what happened but it was hilarious...
I had a smile on my face throughout the entire film. I thought it was funny becauseit didn't try to hard to be funny. There were no real jokes in the movie and i found that great.I found it hilarious becaues they were just doing completely normal things to them but it was actually funny.
ah. the beauty of everyone trying to be cool acting like non-confmists. ive done this before. it was a funny movie. not amazing. but it was good.
point is. stop acting like your individual in every way when you know deep inside you liked it. and its not just this moviel. its everything. but i know nobody here will admit that.
thank you! i really can't stand that movie at all. i've seen it 3 times without laughing. i found the characters annoying as well. i also have reason to believe that it mocks people with autism. i hate that movie with intense animosity.
I like it because I could immediately identify with Napolean's hatred and apathetic attitude to the situation he found himself in. I think those that ever felt like outcasts in highschool can find a good laugh in NP. Yes, it had it's slow moments and such, but overall was very enjoyable.

I totally agree. IMO the people who said they didn't get the jokes just weren't open-minded.
