I met this girl in a Sizzlers at this gas stop in the middle of nowhere off of Highway 5 on my trip from San Francisco to LA and I think she was into me. I could tell by the way she blushed at me when I asked for the chicken tenders in my very calm yet commanding voice. Being the middle of nowhere, she probably didn't see many sexy and confident guys her age. I didn't think much of her blushing and smiling and didn't try to make a move on her afterwards but now I can't stop thinking about her.
I hope to see her in September when I drive back to LA since I'll probably run out of gas at the same area so I am preparing a song. I haven't put words and music together yet since lyrics are stil WIP. Here's the progression I'm using http://youtube.com/watch?v=TEukFRk8YKY. Going for the funky sexy feel because honestly I'm not going to be in that little of nowhere place too long so I need to show her I mean business. I mean, the only place to go on a date in the area is the Wendy's across the highway.
Here's some lyrics:
I remember when I first saw you girl
On that trip to LA yea
I was running low on fuel so I got some gas
Then I saw the Sizzlers there
I walked inside you were standing there
You asked me what I wanted yea
Chicken tenders, hold the fries
I'm not that hungry anyway
Then you asked what I'd like to drink
I said coke is very nice
You said is Pepsi fine
Anything that you want girl
You started to blush so very cute
girl I want to get to know ya
you sat me down at the booth
Gave me my Pepsi Cola
Then as I was sitting there
Girl I got to thinking yea
Where the hell do all you live
There's nothing here for 50 miles
The only other things around here
Are a gas station and a Wendy's
You must be one of those freaky
Small town girls that get it on
Maybe later I'll put 1 and 2 together and have a full song ready.
