If you are familiar with this play, could you please explain to me what make it a comedy?

Keep in mind that this is for an English class. And thank you ALOT for the help.

Try sparknotes.
I really dislike being forced to read shakespear. My teacher really doesnt help with this dislike.

  2. The protagonists don't die
  3. It has a frequent use of puns (typical of Shakespeare's style)
  4. The puns make it funny, or rather, it WAS funny for people who saw the plays during the Shakespearean era.
  5. Mix-ups of people and a contorted love triangle (again, typical Shakespeare) are quite interesting and are chuckle-worthy.

It's funny cause some woman falls in love with a guy with a horsehead. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

I didn't find it all that funny personally.
