Will push-ups, sit ups, and protein drinks do? I run so my legs will be fine. I have weights but to lazy to use themesb617You need to work more groups than that. It will certainly help but you need to cover all of your muscle groups. Don't focus on all the groups in one day either. Do chest, arms and cardio one day; back, shoulders and cardio another day; Legs (lower body) another day; and keep a cycle going. Give yourself one or two day sof rest in a week.
