Pull ups are good for arms, none of those wimpy chin ups. Sit ups are fine. Tie weights to your upper body during these if you feel like it, you'll build muscle faster I imagine that way.

Won't it take longer to notice a difference if I do these instead of weights?

You really need to lift to gain muscle. Push ups and chin-ups etc. will help define your muscles but weight training is what really builds muscle mass. You also need to eat a lot more high-protein foods and cut out fatty stuff.

The best way to gain muscle do 10 sets of 10 reps. Last semester I'd been doing usual 3 sets of 14 reps and hardly gained any muscle. But doing 10 sets of 10 reps I gained 10 pounds within the last few weeks.

You need to work more groups than that. It will certainly help but you need to cover all of your muscle groups. Don't focus on all the groups in one day either. Do chest, arms and cardio one day; back, shoulders and cardio another day; Legs (lower body) another day; and keep a cycle going. Give yourself one or two day sof rest in a week.

Don't consume too much protein, it is hard on your liver especially if you are young. Consume 40 to 50 grams of protein within a half hour after your workout and consume another 40 to 50 grams before bed. High protein breakfast is good too.

If you choose to use creatine don't use what is reccommened on the bottle. You body can only absord 13 to 20 grams (depends on brand.) Skip the loading phase, it only wastes your product. Consume 13 grams before your workout and another 13 gams after your workout. On off days consume 13 grams in the morning and another 13 grams 12 hours later. Most importantly don't stop working out. Stay consistant.

If you're too lazy to touch weights, you're probably not going to gain muscle.

Do pull-ups (fingers wrapped away from you).  They are harder, and yes, if you do lots of them with good technique, nice and slowly, that alone will give you a lot of muscle.  I also like to eat eggs and drink milk for lots of protein.
