Seeing as its late, I'm currently overwhelmed w/ work and thus in no mood to deal with Dell support, and I'm at a point where I just want this issue to be rectified as fast as possible, I have a favor to ask some kind soul who might help me out with a new computer question.

I just got a nice Dell XPS yesterday, and evrything has been pretty much great w/ it thus far-- can't wait to start gaming on the thing! Anyways, I'm currently quite pissed that when I go on ESPN.com or CNN.com or the like, you know, sites where they have streaming video and whatnot, the video is either frozen or downloads INCREDIBLY slow!!! It MIGHT be the connection, but my girlfriend's macbook plays the video just fine, and i know damn well my new computer is much more powerful. I also am pretty sure I downloaded the latest version of FLASH...

You guys are usually great with all this tech mumbo jumbo....any advice would be greatly appreciated!
