[QUOTE="Pinkyimp"][QUOTE="Vilot_Hero"]Enough with all the Ipods Apple!!! There are already more than 5 Ipods on the market. Why do they need more?FUBAR24
I know!...srsly apple just stop already..god.
but they are all made for different people. the classics are made for the audiophile, the touch is made for those who want everything wrapped into one, the nanos are for people who dont have a lot of music but still want something small and easy to use. and the shuffle is for people who are constantly moving and only listen to about 100 songs at a time and have no need for anything bigger than that
Audiophiles dont buy ipods, audiophiles go for the best sound quality not the most storage. Cowon and Sony MP3 players have much better sound quality than Ipods.
i still love my 1st gen nano, only good one IMO (gotta love aluminum) walton13
The 1st gen was mostly like plastic. The 2nd gen was the all aluminum one. 2nd gen is the best imo...but this one seems very close in size compaired to the 2nd gen....So I do kinda like this one...
This one is what I really wanted when I bought my iTouch, they were just too late in making this one :(

well i ment it as people with a large amount of music. and you can still get pretty good sound with the right headphones
What the hell? That thing is HUGE! It must be over 20 feet tall! Thanks but no thanks, Apple. Shrink it down to a pocket-size model and I'll reconsider.
I'll be fine with my 3G iPhone, else I would much rather get a Zune. Freaking ipods don't let you use MP3s or transport them to other computers. Zune=30 or 80 GB for better price.RyuHayabusaX
Yeah they do.
It's just that iTunes doesn't sell mp3 files I think.

Well the easy way to get around this is to buy the mp3 files from amazon.com for only 89 cents(compared to 99 from iTunes) and keep them all in one folder. Or get your music however you want. I get a lot of mp3 files from friends, but I can't for some because they have all their songs on iTunes. Apple's whole policy on this quite honestly just makes people download illegally or find ingenious ways of getting the music because they get so frustrated with this system.[QUOTE="socked_feet"]Bleh, 3rd generation is the best.FUBAR24
eww that little square thing is horrid. the 4th is such an improvement cause you can now watch videos in widescreen
"The New iPod: Twice as Thin, Three Times Easier to Break"
I hate iPods...overpriced trendy poorly made mp3 players
mrbojangles25
they arnt overpriced when comparing them to something like the zune.
they are compared to my 40 dollar MP3 player thats last me for 5+ years. I know so many people that have broken iPods. I understand their appeal; they look purdy, and theyre slim. But its just not worth the cost to me.
Its like this: do I want to spend 40 dollars on something that holds enough music for me to listen while I work out and walk home and is the size of a small battery; or do I want something that holds more music than I need, costs over 100 dollars, and is the size of a cracker?
And thats not even factoring in iTunes *shiver*
[QUOTE="II-FBIsniper-II"]I don't like the curved screen. I might go with a Zune 80 this year.8bitlove
Do it. Same price as the Ipod classic but with radio and video. Plus it just look sweet. It also has wireless sinc to the computer.
the c|assic has video you know

because Jobs is trying to pass Gates on the "money obtained" list
yeah, I think that's an Xbox acheivement.[QUOTE="blazinpuertoroc"]stop releasing new ipods all the god damn time!!! Its getting annoying, your just pissing off the people who just bought the older model.KiIIyouReminds me of car makers.there only minor updates, and cars are very customizable. Its only a big deal if its a new body style overall. But apple releases brand news models and looks every year better than the last and its getting annoying. Its only a mp3 player for petes sake.
