Decided to look up bit more to compare Reyes to Tejada -

Reyes - .297 BA 31 SB, 22 doubles, 10 triples, 9 homers, 109 hits(4th in NL), 64 runs(4th in NL).
Tejada - .283 BA 10 homers, and Astros have Berkman already as a representative.

Theriot has the average at .313 with higher OBP, but thats it. 100 hits, 12 doubles, 1 triple, 1 homer, 15 SB

are you kidding Soto is leading many of the rookie standings in the NL, and Fukudome is in the top five in most of them too. Soriano is only going to support the team cause of his injury though. he isnt playing

give me a break. Soto i can kinda agree with cause catchers are weak throughout the league, but fukodome as the starting center fielder is plain BS, and Pat Burrel should be on the team.

i think if you are leading the league in anything you should make it in which is why soto made it since hes on top of the rookies and still fukudome is in the top 5 in a lot of rookie catagories. they both deserve it. im a cubs fan and honestly i didnt vote once. which is why i was happy to find out we have seven going, six playing, aand 2 starting

Its all a popularity contest anyways, just like the Pro Bowl.

The two honors don't mean what they used to.
