Next superhero flick you want....

Opposite for me. I don't like many Marvel superheroes.....much prefer DC.LJS9502_basic

I just can't really imagine any DC hero I want to see. I've seen Batman, I don't want to see Robin, I don't want to see Superman. That doesn't leave that many that are well-known to fans and would be easily marketable.

A new Wolverine movie is coming out next year. Hopefully it's better than X-Men Origins. I've been wanting a Flash movie for years now. And a solo Silver Sufer movie. Aquaman if done right could work well. And Wonder Woman too. DC needs to step their game up. All they have Batman (which is done now), Green Lantern (which failed miserably) and Superman.

Teen Titans.

Justice League movie, more Avengers maybe. It would all lead up to a movie (trilogy maybe?) version of JLA/Avengers crossover arc.

Course, over-the-top comic action wouldn't really fit in with Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy. Have to be far after those movies had faded from the public eye.

I think Invincible should be a series. I would hate to see how they squeeze that story into a movie - even a trilogy.

They wouldn't have to squeeze the entire plot up until now into movies. Just have the Mauler Twins be the main villians while focusing on Invincible and the Teen Team with a mystery of SPOILERS: who killed the original Guardians of the Globe until the end where we get the reveal and then a final fight between Invincible and Omni-Man obviously ending with omni-man leaving earth. They could reveal the Omni-Man secret two ways, half-way through have the guardians get killed and show him there like in the comic, or reveal it later while Omni-Man is on Mt. Everest figuring out how he is going to tell Mark, or just have it when Immortal escapes the Mauler Twins and finds Nolan like Invincible foud out.

I really would like to see the Nick Fury movie become a reality, but it seems like it's taking it's sweet @ss time. Or maybe I'm just impatient, still though it seems like we should have heard some news on it by now.

More X-men movies would always be good.

Honestly though anything dealing with Shield would be fun. I find these shadowy organizations within a superhero universe to be particularly intriguing. I'm thinking a movie dealing with Peter Parker's parents would be an excellent and fresh take when it comes to Superhero movies.

I think we need a Superman movie with Lex Luthor with the origin story that DC doesn't want you to see:

Red Hood And The Outlaws seems like it would make a great summer action flick. It's nothing serious, and it's fun to read.

UPDATE: Apparently Fox also wanted Affleck back for the now-defunct reboot, but turned them down. It's probably just as well, being that his career success as of late has served him better behind the camera.

Well, it's not WHO the movie is about but HOW it's done. That's obvious.

That being said, I'd love to see the following:

The Flash (either Wally West or Barry Allen)

Wonderman - inspired or even based on the cartoon. If anyone hasn't seen the cartoon but has the slightest interest, YOU MUST SEE THIS MOVIE. I cannot keep track of the death count! It has 3 dimensional characters, minor and major...just so good. I got for $3 at BigLots

Swamp Thing - based on Alan Moore years

Captain Marvel/Shazam - I have no idea how they would properly translate it. They can't even reimagine it well, but I love the spirit when Denny O'Neil wrote it
