No Murder Charge For Man Who Killed Daughter's Molester

Grand jury: No indictment against father who killed daughter's alleged abuser.I think the grand jury was right in this case. You cannot expect a man to just a man off his 5 year old daughter and let him walk around like nothing happened. I can fully sympathize with the father, I would be pissed off too.

Anyway, I see nothing "wrong" with this.

Yeah even though you could be technical and say he did not have to hit him after already getting control over the sick person, but then again who is to judge such a circumstance? For example if he shot the guy it would be self defence, but if he beat the guy down and got him off her.. Well that is a different situation. BUT, I think its good he is not being charge. I can not judge myself sense most people never have to go through such a situation. Not something the common person would be emotionally ready to handle.
