So I tried to make plans with a girl I like to go watch a movie today. She said she had some errands to run in the morning but she would call me to let me know about what time would be good for her. Well I woke up and waited for a call, nothing... ate lunch and waited some more and still nothing. Not wanting to intrude, in case shes in the middle of something, I send her a text casually asking about our plans today. An hour goes by and still nothing. Finally I decide, I'd better give her a call since the last show time is coming up pretty soon. I call and the phone just keeps ringing and ringing before finally going to voicemail. Now the last showtime for our planned movie has just gone by and I've heard not a word from her. So I'm wondering, this is a pretty bad sign isn't it? I mean she didn't even tell me no, just plain no response.

This could either mean two things, She doesn't like you or she put her phone on silent and forgot where it is.
Pretty much. In the past when I've made plans with a girl that was interested in me, sometimes she'd be the one texting me to ask if we were still going. If they're interested, they'll do the errands some other time. I'd say drop it and call after a few days to figure out what's the deal.

She may have just dealt with family drama or something similiar/was unable to go out and too busy to tell you, or she was to cowardly to tell you that she didn't feel like going out. If she agreed to go out with you in the first place, it probably wasn't personal.
Yeah, no response is no good, haha something similar happened to me yesterday where this girl didn't respond to a text, anyway the best thing to do is move on, plenty of girls out there.....

Chances are she didn't want to go to the movies with you. Don't do anything rash that would burn your bridges, though. There's a teeny tiny chance her grandma died or something.

I wouldn't ask her in person. That's about as awkward as it gets. Either forget about it or just shoot her another text in a couple of days.
