Are you referring to the FSA terrorists whom Obama is now arming openly?

They so seem to love hiding amongst civilians when the Syrian airforce operates in defense of the nation.

Stesilaus

The rebels certainly are less than righteous, but you cant seriously be siding with Assad. Can you?

I most certainly can---and do---side with Assad!

He's trying to defend a modern, secular nation that has, for decades, been tolerant of all religions (including Christianity and Judaism) from fanatics who want to establish a Sunni Islamic theocracy.

You can't seriously be siding with the "rebels", can you?

I think both sides have problems that neither care about. I do agree that losing a secular country to extremists would not be good, but there has to be someone in the rebels who has similar views (I can't say as I haven't really been following what is transpiring over there).

Does this really surprise anyone? I'm not even into politics hardly at all.. and it's pretty obvious he's a war criminal ( all you have to do is some decent scholary research). Most presidents, and many other politicans from different branches/countries are/were war criminals. Didn't need an irish parliament to tell me this.

Using drones to kill thousands of civilians, including hundreds of children. It's right there in the OP.

There's a difference between targeting civilians and targeting terrorists who hide behind civilians... If you allow terrorists to use humans as shields, they will use humans as shields. Understand?

I don't think Obama is a war criminal, even though he's doing the same things Bush did and liberals called HIM a war criminal.

Well generally I doubt they go and attack if they specifically know civilians are nearby. I'd say in most cases it's really not intentional. Though yea, you still have attacks that shouldn't have been carried out in any case. But seriously, the drone thing is annoying. If they didn't use drones they would have used regular jets or attack helos, or special forces. In any case civilians would die because of the nature of the conflict.

In an address to the Irish Parliament earlier this month, politician Clare Daly lambasted Irish leaders for "slobbering" and fawning over Obama and his wife.

Apparent support for this-

'This is the man who has facilitated a 200% increase in the use of drones, which have killed thousands of people including hundreds of children'

Stesilaus

Stands in a fun contradiction to this-

they so seem to love hiding amongst civilians when the Syrian airforce operates in defense of the nation.

I fail to see any contradiction or double standards.

Assad deploys his airforce defensively against foreign, armed insurgents who are furthering NATO's imperialistic agenda by serving as NATO's proxies in Syria.

Obama deploys his drones offensively in foreign countries against local tribesmen whose only crime is to be perceived as obstacles to NATO imperialism.

For me to support Assad in the former while opposing Obama in the latter isn't remotely contradictory. :|

MQ-1B Predator

The MQ 1 is the first aircraft i ever worked on.

I left GA right after we decided to stick hell-fires on it. It was all sorts of cool working on it, we were all sure it would revolutionize warfare ( and it did).

to bad people can't see past their own noses to see that.

i don't get to do much with remote vehicles anymore, but it's always nice to talk to people that worked on my "baby"(not that i was a major figure in development, i was still a newbie).

opinions on the craft? it's been a long time since the MQ 1 and i'm not as familiar with the modern version,

[QUOTE="LJS9502_basic"][QUOTE="thebest31406"][QUOTE="LJS9502_basic"] No it's not. Crack a book. Civilians are NOT targeted.

That's not what the crime of aggression is. What book are you referring to, sir?
