I was fine with them Occuping Wall Street, but Black Friday too? Sounds like they're just jelly of the sales they have no money for.
These guys are no different than the G 20 summit protesters/rioters. They protest governments world wide economic policies, yet they do nothing but destroy private property, private small businesses and cost them millions of dollars in damages. As noted previously, they are not hurting the government, but the very people they say that they are a part of. No, they are not. They are nothing but rampaging idiots with more time on their hands than they should.
Occupy = liberals who tried to copy the Tea Party, and failed miserably.topsemag55Didn't the Tea Party copied the hippies though.

That's the point, apparently.LJS9502_basicNo one has to use credit cards if they don't want to do so.....shouldn't consumers be given a choice?no, but theyre pretty much put into a society where they have no choice. Its almost like saying, if you dont want to put your money in the bank, you dont have to. Meanwhile credit card companies pretty much have a price fixing scheme where all the credit companies have their interest rates floating at around 28% and no company has the balls to lower it because theyre making a killing now. Free market my ass.

Keep it simple.[QUOTE="LJS9502_basic"][QUOTE="BranKetra"]"The credit cards the 99% overcharge will allow the 1% to enrich themselves gluttonously on the backs of hardworking people who simply want to provide a memorable time for their families," the website says. Free market my ass. You can use a credit union instead of a bank. They often have better options. As for credit card companies, no one forces people to use credit cards and amass high debt. They charge high rates partly because so many people default on their debts. Issuing debt for commercial spending is somewhat risky. I never carry a balance so I could care less what the rates are.[QUOTE="LJS9502_basic"][QUOTE="BranKetra"]"The credit cards the 99% overcharge will allow the 1% to enrich themselves gluttonously on the backs of hardworking people who simply want to provide a memorable time for their families," the website says. I think credit cards also make money from merchants. Whenever you use a credit card, I think the merchant pays a small fee to the credit card company. So even if you dont carry a balance, they can potentially make money off of the use of it. I use a credit card just so I dont have to carry a lot of cash on me. For convenience, but I suspect they still make money off of me.Quite honestly I never even considered credit cards to even be an option. If companies couldn't drag you into debt then credit cards wouldn't even exist.

Merchants pay fees on every credit transaction and there is differing rates if they check the signature or not and if they don't require a signature. The less security done....the higher the fee.[QUOTE="anthonycg"]
