"some people" believe the earth is flat. And if you give me the name of a specific show on the History Channel then that is fine. But simply saying "History Channel" doesn't work.

There have been countless dates set for the end of the world. Whether they are based on a past civilizations calender, a mystic's prophesies, or mentioned in an ancient text, none have even come close tofruition. The world will end in one of two ways, full out nuclear war or the sun dying within a billion years. Either way, I am not worried.

The Mayans predicted that the world will end on Dec. 21 2012, what the hell am I doing persuing this college degree when I will die before the ink dries on the diploma????? I need to go out, explore the world, live life as a rockstar!!!! Lotsa sex and lotsa drugs!!!! Seriously though, if the world ends in 4 years, what are you guys going to do/stop doing???????? Thanks for bringing up something that's been brought up a hundred dozen times in the past and not to mention brought to light by Assassin's Creed. December 21, 2012 is when the Mayan calendar resets. Thank you very much and good night.
