My guess is they'll split it when they escape from Malfoy's Manor, but I could be completely wrong. For some reason I thought it would be when they got the sword.

They are going to have to remove a lot even if they end up with 2 2 and a half hour movies. I just watched Half Blood Prince the other night for the first time and thought it was good, so Im not worried. I did find a big plot hole (How did Dumbeldore find a Horcrux before he even knew that Voldemort had used them?).

My guess is that he knew he used them, just not how many... he knew all along that *MASSIVE SPOILERS FOR THOSE THAT DIDN'T READ THE BOOKS* Harry was one, so he must have known something about them...
