why not make it legal on one day of the year? like a world wide weed day. it would be awesome. dont get me wrong im no pot head (only smoked once) and i dont think it should be legal on a day to day basis but i really think this would be an wicked day. it would really shut up as those people complaining about making it legal. all would be happy. thoughts........
EDIT: YES there is already a Weed Day but it isnt an offical holiday. Its still illegal on that day.
The only reason the government would want to make weed legal would be to put taxes on it and make massive amounts of profit on it like they do with cigarettes. They'd still have to combat illegal sale/growth of the product to bypass taxation.
Basically until they can figure out how to fully control and make profits off of it's distribution, they won't legalize it.
