[QUOTE="steppinrazor88"]they shouldn't send her to jail :(Lilac_Benjie
I agree. I was hoping for the death penalty. Preferably in the same way Saddam Hussein went.
Why? If i did what she did should i be killed? What has she done that's so wrong? Inherited money? Not her fault
It's stupid how celebrities are almost above the law. Sure she will be in prison, but with all of the things she gets, it's not even technically considered prison. I'd like to call it, a bad vacation.metallica_fan42
and that's the way it should be

:oDon't look so shocked Sim....and it's more a matter of having money than it is of being a "celebrity"

Not really. Celebrities should have to oblige by the law just like all the rest of us. Just because they get media exposure, and have huge paychecks, doesn't mean they should get more lenient sentences than the rest of us. Nor should they get any special privileges.[QUOTE="steppinrazor88"][QUOTE="metallica_fan42"]It's stupid how celebrities are almost above the law. Problem is if you put her in General Pop. they would murder her, literally.
Eh what ever she done she probably deserves that, why is it such a big deal to people that a person who is a "celebrity"for being an absolute idiot is in jail?ajc_176
Wait....Paris is a celebrity? If u call going to parties all the time and being spoiled by ur father a celebrity....
Then again there is linsday lohan....but that's a different topic.

I think of a celebrity as someone who gets loads of media exposure; so, I think she's a celebrity, even if she is useless at everything.

That's an understatement.

mmhmm, that's what I thought of too. Photographers get $1k+ for her pictures entering and leaving clubs, and she's always on the news. If you have a well-known face that gets around television and I do believe she's unmistakable at recognizing. As for Lohan and Paris being different subjects, they actually lock horns with each other all the time. :?

yeah man, i just cant see how thats a problem.
all jokes aside though, prison is dangerous for everyone, thats part of the punishment. why should she get the benefit of not having to deal with that danger?

Actually I think no matter the repercussions or dangers to avoid there will always be people, like Paris for example, who will never really see the light so to speak. A good example is her father continuously refunding her no matter how many times she wrecks her bentley/land rover/mercedes.
Dang ! She best watch out, but I am sure she will be protected, I mean C'mon she is a celebrity.
'Many women at the Los Angeles County jail where Paris Hilton is expected to arrive any day are already angry at the socialite, a former inmate said.'
'Like other inmates in the special-needs area, Hilton will take her meals in her cell and will be allowed outside the 12-foot-by-8-foot space for at least an hour each day to shower, watch TV in the day room, participate in outdoor recreation or talk on the telephone.'

I don't see the problem in this scenario. Either you get someone who is already on death row to take her out, or someone slips something into her drink. It's a win-win situation for everyone.they shouldn't send her to jail :(steppinrazor88
Why? Because she's too special? She already got a reduced sentence from her initial infraction, and then broke probation. She deserves to go to jail for a lot longer than she is right now.
